Auf Raiatea, der Schwesterinsel Taha'as liegen wir am Pier mit dem Expeditionsschiff. Diese Insel ist so üppig grün und das Besondere: hier gibt es den einzig schiffbaren Fluss Französisch Polynesiens. Direkt vor der Hafenanalage ist eine schöne, wenn auch ziemlich vernachlässigte Grünanlage. Hier lege ich den Stein LEAF ab. Mal sehen, wie weit er es schafft!
On Raiatea, the sister island of Taha'a, we are at the pier with the expedition ship. This island is so lush green and the special thing: here is the only navigable river in French Polynesia. Directly in front of the harbour facility is a beautiful, although quite neglected green area. Here I put down the stone LEAF. Let's see how far he gets!
Sur Raiatea, l'île sœur de Taha'as, nous sommes à la jetée avec le bateau d'expédition. Cette île est si luxuriante et la particularité : ici se trouve le seul fleuve navigable de Polynésie française. Juste devant l'installation portuaire se tit un bel espace vert, bien qu'assez négligé. C'est ici que je dépose la pierre LEAF. Voyons jusqu'où il va !
